As an artist I got the opportunity to do my Series of Paintings "See Through": Revealing the Goddess of Justice through the Women who Inspired me and my life. In this series, I delved into the symbolism of the goddess of justice, a powerful figure representing impartiality and the pursuit of equity. To me, the goddess of justice has always been an inspiration, as she administers justice without considering who is involved, symbolized by the blindfold covering one of her eyes. However, I decided to take this interpretation one step further and relate it to the women who have been part of my life and taught me important lessons about justice, empathy, and kindness. They have shown me how to help others without any bias, to become a better person, and to make a difference in the lives of others. In each of the paintings in the "See Through" series, I depicted a different woman, chosen for her significant role in my personal journey. Through my brushstrokes, I brought these women to life, capturing their expressions, unique traits, and contributions to shaping me into a fair individual. Each brushstroke is carefully chosen to convey the central message of the series. The colors, textures, and techniques used evoke subtle emotions and meanings. The soft and warm tones may represent kindness and compassion, while vibrant colors symbolize the strength and determination these women exhibited in their lives. By incorporating the blindfold over the eye of the goddess of justice in each painting, I reinforce the fundamental concept that true justice should not be tied to stereotypes or prejudices. This blindfold serves as a constant visual reminder that we must look beyond appearances and act with impartiality. The "See Through" series is my way of honoring these incredible women who have shaped my life. Each artwork is a unique and personal celebration, combining symbolic elements with individual representations. Through these paintings, I aim to inspire others to reflect on the importance of justice, empathy, and compassion in their own lives. I hope that my series of paintings, "See Through," continues to inspire people to seek justice and to help others without discrimination. May it also serve as a constant reminder that all of us have the power to make a difference in the lives of others, just as these remarkable women did in mine. - -

Sou uma artista e tive a oportunidade de criar uma série de quadros intitulada "See Through". Nessa série, mergulhei na simbologia da deusa da justiça, uma figura poderosa que representa a imparcialidade e a busca pela equidade. Para mim, a deusa da justiça sempre foi uma inspiração, pois ela faz justiça sem olhar a quem, representada pela faixa que cobre um dos seus olhos. No entanto, decidi levar essa interpretação um passo adiante e relacioná-la às mulheres que fizeram parte da minha vida e me ensinaram importantes lições sobre justiça, empatia e bondade. Elas me ensinaram a ajudar sem olhar a quem, a ser melhor e a fazer a diferença na vida dos outros. Em cada um dos quadros da série "See Through", retratei uma mulher diferente, escolhida por seu papel significativo em minha jornada pessoal. Através das minhas pinceladas, dei vida a essas mulheres, capturando suas expressões, suas características únicas e suas contribuições para minha própria formação como indivíduo justo. Cada pincelada é cuidadosamente escolhida para transmitir a mensagem central da série. As cores, as texturas e as técnicas utilizadas evocam emoções e significados sutis. As tonalidades suaves e quentes podem representar a bondade e a compaixão, enquanto cores vibrantes podem simbolizar a força e a determinação que essas mulheres exemplificaram em suas vidas. Ao incorporar a faixa sobre o olho da deusa da justiça em cada pintura, reforço o conceito fundamental de que a verdadeira justiça não deve estar ligada a estereótipos ou preconceitos. Essa faixa serve como um lembrete visual constante de que devemos olhar além das aparências e agir com imparcialidade. A série "See Through" é minha forma de homenagear essas mulheres incríveis que moldaram minha vida. Cada obra de arte é uma celebração única e pessoal, que combina elementos simbólicos com representações individuais. Através desses quadros, quero inspirar outros a refletir sobre a importância da justiça, da empatia e da compaixão em suas próprias vidas. Espero que a minha série de quadros "See Through" continue a inspirar pessoas a buscar a justiça e a ajudar sem olhar a quem. Que ela também seja um lembrete constante de que todos nós temos o poder de fazer a diferença na vida dos outros, assim como essas mulheres notáveis fizeram na minha vida.
